Chiffchaff offers comfortable holiday accommodation (sleeping 4), set in a quiet, secluded position with secure fenced and gated garden, hard standing for one car and an adjacent lockable garage, handy for bikes and surfboards.
There is a level walk by footpath to nearby fields, handy for dog walking, and the local Tesco store for all your shopping needs.
The walk into old Padstow Town, about 8 minutes, gives access to the Harbour, shops and the many fine restaurants and pubs and, of course, the famous Camel Trail for cycling, bird watching or just walking and enjoying the beautiful estuary and countryside views.
Chiffchaff has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and is fully equipped to sleep four in comfort. Chiffchaff was completed refurbished in May 2009 and is fully serviced by gas and electricity.
As dog owners ourselves, we welcome dogs in both properties
(see our Dogs Welcome page)
Chiffchaff sits in a secure, fenced garden, suitable for dogs and children. To the front is a lawned area with a bench to enjoy the sun, and an outside tap – handy for hosing down dogs and children after trips to the beach, or swilling out wetsuits. To the rear is a small garden with an area for hanging out the drying following a trip to the beach.
Chiffchaff is ideally situated for touring all over Cornwall, is within easy walking distance of the nearby and unique Camel Trail where you can bird watch, walk or cycle to Wadebridge, Bodmin and beyond.
Bicycles are available for hire locally. Golfers are well served with Championship Links at Trevose and St. Enerdoc. Walkers can enjoy the spectacular Coastal Path, with its fine views, to Bedruthan Steps.
The golden sands of the Camel Estuary provide an ideal spot for swimming, sailing, water ski-ing and surfing.
